What are your business hours?
We are OPEN Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 12 noon.
We are CLOSED Saturdays.
Where do you deliver and how much is delivery?
Fresh and Fruity offers a delivery service to MOST of the Melbourne metropolitan area with delivery of $10 to most areas. If you would like to know whether we deliver to your area, please call us on (03) 97379430.
What is the deadline to place an order?
*We recommend that you place your Fresh and Fruity bouquet or product order in advance - at least a day or two before as sometimes same day orders are not guaranteed.
For deliveries MONDAY to FRIDAY during DECEMBER, orders must be placed by 5pm THE DAY BEFORE your delivery date.
For SAME DAY deliveries MONDAY TO FRIDAY, orders need to be placed before 9am* (subject to availability)
For SUNDAY deliveries, orders need to be placed before closing 5pm the Friday before.
**Orders placed after 9am for same day delivery are subject to availability.
Does Fresh and Fruity use any preservatives?
NO! Our Fresh and Fruity bouquets contain no added preservatives in any of the fruits used to create our bouquets.
Do you have gluten free products?
Yes, we have gluten free bouquets - there are a few bouquets that only contain fruit.
How long will my Fresh and Fruity arrangement last?
Our Fresh and Fruity bouquets are made fresh on the day of delivery using fresh produce that is sourced daily. They are best consumed on the day of delivery.
However, your Fresh and Fruity bouquet will last up to 3 days if you keep the bouquet refrigerated between eating it. If you are holding your bouquet, please leave covered and refrigerate till you are ready to eat your bouquet. Or for left over fruit, remove the fruit from the arrangement and place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
Will the bouquet I order look the same as in the picture?
Yes, the fruit arrangement will be made up on the day of delivery with our fresh produce and will be the same fruit bouquet that you order. Please note that the containers are subject to availability of colour and type may on occasion be different from the image.
Can we request a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can request a specific delivery time when ordering over the phone. When placing an order online, you can select delivery between 10am-2pm and 12pm-5pm.
However, an additional charge may apply and please note that though we will make every effort to deliver by the requested time, all times specified are estimates only.
When can I expect my Fresh and Fruity bouquet to arrive?
Fresh and Fruity will deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up till 6pm.
Do you deliver on the week-ends and public holidays?
Yes, we are open for deliveries on Sundays (orders need to be placed before closing 5pm the Friday before).
We are closed on public holidays.
By prior arrangement, public holiday deliveries can be arranged for events. Delivery is quoted based on the location and timing of your requirements.
Can I design my own Fresh and Fruity bouquet?

Are you able to tell me how many pieces are in the bouquet?
Most bouquets that come in one size have approximately 45-50 pieces of fruit.
The bouquets that come in three sizes have approximately small: 50-60 pieces of fruit, medium: 70-80 pieces of fruit and large: 90-100 pieces of fruit.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery.
If no-one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our delivery driver will either telephone you for further instructions or contact the recipient to see if they would like the gift left with a neighbour or in a safe place until they return home. If a new address is needed to safely deliver the bouquet an additional delivery charge may apply.
If you instruct Fresh and Fruity to leave the fruit gift at the front door, Fresh and Fruity is not responsible for the condition of the goods by the time the recipient collects them.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
This is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information and the more information you provide when ordering, the easier it is for us to deliver the bouquet as requested.
There is space for you to provide any special instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to enter as much information as possible. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of all online orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or we require further order or delivery address information, one of our Fresh and Fruity team members will contact you personally to gain the required information.
What method of payment is accepted?
Here at Fresh and Fruity we accept credit card payment including MasterCard and VISA for phone orders and online payments. All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Approved corporate orders will receive an invoice with payment terms of 7 days.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Yes you can, however there maybe additional charges for cancellations or changes to your order. After the bouquet order has been dispatched for delivery, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Is my personal information secure when I order online?
www.freshandfruity.com.au is hosted on a secure SSL server. You can be assured that shopping online at Fresh and Fruity is a safe and secure process. Once your order has been processed successfully, your credit card details will be removed from our records.
Can I set up a corporate account?
If you intend to use our services on a regular basis to reward staff and impress clients we are able to set up an account with you. Approved corporate orders will receive an invoice with payment terms of 7 days. Please contact us to discuss your corporate needs on (03) 9737 9430.
